Great Lunch Place with a Beach Vibe. Perfect for the Mickler's Landing Crowd. The food is always fresh as if the people that run it also seem to own it. Cool. They have a killer Chicken Salad Salad which always makes me laugh when I see the smiley face with olive eyes. They also have really good Tex Mex as well as the ever popular good ole grilled subs. Limited seating but there always seems to be room for one more. Watch the locals and surfers come and go while you eat. good stuff, friendly vibe.

Angie's Subs has been DETHRONED as my new favorite sandwich shop when I go to the beach! We have dined here twice and BOTH times I have heartedly enjoyed my sandwich. We had a wonderful Cuban sandwich on our first visit that was comparable to our FAVORITE Cuban in town at Pinegrove Deli. This weekend we tried their signature sub called "Dylan's Gold." It was around $9 but the sub was HUGE and splitting it more than satisfied both of us! The bread was ultra soft and the ingredients tasted fresh! Smoked Turkey Breast, Baked Ham, Peppered Bacon, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, and Onion and the star of the show---PERUVIAN GOLD SAUCE! The sandwich was scrumptious and reinvigorated us after spending so many hours ocean side. Many "Mmmm's" and, "This is so good!" were said during our dining time! Why not 5 stars? While the sandwiches are great, I am not going to go out of my way to drive all the way to Ponte Vedra to get my "Sandwichman Deli Fix" but will certainly choose them over all others restaurants in the area. My only complaint is that they do NOT deliver to the beach! *sigh* ^_~

I had chicken salad on greens and it was delicious, and if I was just reviewing the food it would have gotten 4 stars. Every item we had was great flavor wise. Unfortunately, we had a large order for a Girl Scout outing and one of the items made was incorrect. I was not upset, accidents happen, and went over to correct it, they simply made an extra grill cheese, instead of a PB&J. Rather than correcting the mistake, the proprietor argued with me over it, reviewing the large order line by line and making me wait again. Frankly, I would have preferred to just pay for a new PB&J if it was that big a deal.

So maybe I just didn't order the best thing on the menu. I ended up here after heading to Micklers beach and realizing the subway was closed on my way there. So i stopped her and was hoping that it'd be as good as my $5 footlong. I ordered a pina colada smoothie and the turkey wrap. The smoothie was a great idea! It is a perfect thing to take to the beach or just drink after being around in the sun all day. It was well made and hit the spot. The reason the lower stars is because of the sandwich. It was a bit disappointing that i had to throw away my $7 sandwich because by the time I crossed the street and got to the beach my sandwich was completely soggy. I am not sure if it is because this sandwich has lettuce and it is a light wrap bread or if is because the put the pickle right on top of the sandwich and wrapped them together in paper. Regardless the wrap was all wet and did not have a good flavor so I sadly had to throw away the sandwich. I think this place is worth another shot so next time I'll make sure to specify to place the pickle separately and just order something completely different.

Needed a small lunch to hold me over until dinner. Decided to share a Cuban with the husband from Sandwichman since it's pretty close to our house. There was plenty of meat on the sandwich and it had great taste, but it didn't blow me away. Definitely was fresh and still warm when he got back to the house, but I might opt to eat it there next time. I remember the famous wet burrito from Oar House that Mark B. speaks of in his review, so one day when I'm realllly hungry I'll have to stop in and give it a try. It is nice to have a sandwich option at the beach that departs from the traditional chains.

I've been here three times. The sandwiches are pretty decent but the bags of chips are smaller than at most places. The second time I went, the owner was asking the man ahead of me why he hadn't been there in a while and acted like a scorned ex-lover. The third time I went, I made my husband go in - I'm not ready for that kind of sandwich commitment...

Very impressed with the sandwiches here. I've driven by this place several times and didn't think it would that great so I was surprised. I got the turkey Ruben sandwich and it was phenomenal. I think the only thing that's lacking from this business is the marketing aspect is lacking but otherwise I would recommend it to others!

Yes Life is good. Now there used to be a restaurant across the street many years ago called The Oar House and they had a wet burrito. Now I talked to the owner of this place and he said that so many people asked for it her started making it. Now I have eaten supposed wet burrito everywhere it is offered. The Sandwichman Deli makes it as close as it ever has been. I mean they are really big and the meat is seasoned just right and the jalapeno relish tasted like it came out of the same jar. They still have all the fixing inside to from the lettuce to the raw onions it is just the best in town hands down. So if there is anything else on the menu you have to ask someone else cause as far as I'm concerned there isn't anything else but the Wet Burrito.

Sandwichman Deli is great for lunch after a morning at Mickler's Landing. The subs are fresh and tasty. I love the Peruvian sauce. The kids' meals are a good value, and my kids always clean their plates. Quick service and a casual atmosphere.

I'm addicted to the Cuban sandwich at this place! Not that there's any "secret recipe" to a Cuban sandwich since it's pretty straightforward but the Sandwichman does a nice job by using fresh ingredients and making it fast. As you've read from the other reviews, this is a very laid back type of place across from Mickler's landing. Limited seating inside and out but takeout is always available too! My experience has always been positive with the food as well as with the staff. If you're looking to grab a sandwich or salad rather quick in a "be achy atmosphere," Sandwichman Deli is just the spot!!

I love this place. There are several favorites including the "turkey wrap" with Peruvian/hot combo sauce and the "wet burrito". The burrito is a tribute to the Oar House, a palm valley classic (now the home to trident surf shop"). Give it a try on the way to Micklers Beach (pronounced Mike lers).
